Good quality that costs a little more can so be worth it in the end. I have made the mistake over the years of buying everything really cheap and guess what it lasts no time at all and i end up spending more in the long run.

I love Seventh Generation dish soap, too! I got a couple free coupons for it on Recycle Bank and I LOVE it. The scent isn't cloying, and I find my dishes get a lot cleaner, too. And I use less water.

You can get coupons for 7th Generation goodness by signing up on their site. They actually have really good articles on various topics as well.

We had cloth baby wipes that we didn't end up using for their intended purpose, but which make absolutely fabulous hankies. They're velour on one side, flannel on the other, so the softness can't be beat. I think they'll be our hankies forever, since they've gone through the laundry for 18 months and still look brand new.

That solution seems much more sanitary… my rule with thrift stores is that I won't buy undergarments, bathing suits or shoes. Handkerchiefs would definitely fall in that category!
